  • To maintain a record of your transaction for legal and accounting purposes

We do not sell your data or share it with any party except those listed in section 4. Where you have consented to advertising cookies, we use the Meta Pixel as described in section 8.

4. Third-party processors

We share data with the following categories of processors solely to deliver the service:

AI service provider

Your name, birthdate, and calculated numerological numbers are sent to an AI service to generate the written narrative sections of your report. The provider processes this data under their API usage policies and does not use API inputs to train their models.

Your card details are collected directly by our payment processor; we receive only a confirmation of payment and a transaction ID. The processor is PCI-DSS compliant.

Email delivery provider

Your email address and name are shared with a transactional email provider solely to deliver your report.

Cloud hosting provider

Your data is stored on servers managed by our cloud hosting provider.

5. Data retention

We retain your order record (name, email, and generated report) for a minimum of 6 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes, after which it is securely deleted. If you request deletion before that period, we will delete everything except the minimum record required by law.

6. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)

  • Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@numeraze.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects anonymised usage data (pages visited, session duration, browser type). No personal identifiers are sent to Google. You can opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out extension.

8. Advertising and Tracking Technologies

With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel (also known as the Facebook Pixel), an analytics and advertising tool provided by Meta Platforms Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA.

When you accept advertising cookies, a small piece of code on this site sends the following data to Meta:

  • Pages you visit on this site
  • Actions you take (e.g. completing a calculator)
  • Your IP address (used to derive approximate location)
  • Browser type, operating system, and referring URL

Meta uses this data to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, to build audiences for advertising, and to deliver ads on the Meta platform (Facebook, Instagram) on our behalf. This data is processed by Meta under their own Privacy Policy.

In addition to the browser-based pixel, when you complete a purchase we also send a server-side conversion event to Meta using the Meta Conversions API. This event includes your hashed (SHA-256) email address and the purchase amount. It is transmitted directly from our servers to Meta and is subject to the same cookie consent requirement — it will not be sent if you have rejected advertising cookies.

You can opt out of interest-based advertising from Meta at any time via facebook.com/settings/ads, or withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie consent tool at the bottom of this page (clear your cookie_consent cookie to see it again). If you reject non-essential cookies, neither the Meta Pixel nor the Meta Conversions API will fire.

9. How we protect your data

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to production databases is restricted to authorised personnel only. We do not store payment card data at any point.

10. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) , the UK supervisory authority for data protection.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
